SVB International School Dombivli

IB Middle Years Programme

At SVB International School, Dombivli – IB World School, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) nurtures learners who are independent, reflective, and resilient. It seeks to cultivate the capacity for critical thought and meaningful engagement with the world beyond the classroom. The programme forms a bridge between foundational learning and the rigours of advanced study, enabling students to perceive connections between disciplines and the realities of life.

In this stage of learning, concepts are introduced with care, not merely to ease understanding but to inspire inquiry. Students are encouraged to pose thoughtful questions, to look beyond the surface, and to pursue knowledge with depth and discernment. To be precise, the curriculum encourages to extend their logical abilities and inspire to implement the learnt concepts in real world scenarios. Thus, the MYP shapes young minds to grow in wisdom, confidence, and a spirit of inquiry that endures well beyond their school years.
